Website terms
Terms of Use
The conditions governing access to and use of the DTL website and its public diagnostic tools.
Last updated: 22 September 2026
1. Acceptance and operator
This website is operated by Diginomy Technologies Limited (“DTL”). By accessing or using it, you agree to these Terms of Use and the related Privacy and Cookie Policies. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
DTL may revise these terms as the website, services or applicable requirements develop. Continued use after publication of a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. General information and diagnostic tools
Website content is provided for general information, education and initial business discussion. It is not legal, tax, regulatory, accounting, audit or other professional advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
The Payroll Data Health Check is a preliminary self-assessment based solely on the user’s selections. Its result is an indicative management signal—not an audit opinion, assurance conclusion, forensic finding, regulatory assessment or guarantee that errors, fraud or control failures do or do not exist. A professional conclusion requires agreed scope, authorised evidence and appropriate validation.
No website content creates a client relationship, duty of care, engagement or binding quotation. A professional engagement begins only when authorised parties agree the applicable scope and terms.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may view, navigate and use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You must not:
- submit payroll records, employee information, credentials, malicious code or confidential organisational data through public pages;
- attempt unauthorised access, interference, scanning, scraping at disruptive scale or circumvention of security controls;
- misrepresent identity, authority, assessment responses or affiliation;
- copy, republish or commercially exploit protected content except as permitted by law or written authorisation; or
- use the website in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.
DTL may restrict access, reject submissions or take protective action where misuse or security risk is reasonably suspected.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s branding, text, graphics, assessment structure, methodologies, designs and software are owned by or licensed to DTL and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. “Diginomy”, DTL branding and named methodologies may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or ownership without written permission.
Limited personal or internal organisational reference does not transfer any intellectual-property right.
5. Availability, third-party links and liability
DTL aims to keep information accurate and the website available but does not warrant that every item is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw content or functionality when reasonably necessary.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply control or endorsement. External sites operate under their own terms and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DTL excludes liability arising solely from reliance on general website content, indicative self-assessment results, unauthorised submission of sensitive information, external sites or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Governing law, severability and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to any mandatory rights or agreed dispute procedure, disputes relating to this website are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Nigerian courts.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
For questions about these terms, use the DTL contact page without attaching confidential records.
