Inclusive access

Accessibility

DTL is committed to making its public website clear, usable and accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

1. Our commitment

We aim to provide a website that supports people using different devices, browsers, screen sizes, keyboards and assistive technologies. Our continuing objective is to align the site with recognised accessibility principles, including perceivable content, operable controls, understandable language and robust implementation.

2. Measures we take

  • Use meaningful heading structures and descriptive page titles.
  • Provide text alternatives for informative images where appropriate.
  • Maintain visible focus states and keyboard-operable interactive elements.
  • Use brand colours with legibility and contrast in mind.
  • Design responsive layouts that adapt to smaller screens and text resizing.
  • Use clear labels, instructions and validation feedback on forms.
  • Avoid requiring confidential data through public website interfaces.

You can usually adjust text size, zoom and colour preferences through your browser or device settings. The site is intended to remain usable at common browser zoom levels.

3. Known limitations and third-party content

Despite our efforts, some older content, third-party services or documents may not yet provide the same level of accessibility. Third-party platforms are governed by their own accessibility practices. Where a barrier is identified, DTL will consider a reasonable correction or an accessible alternative.

This statement does not claim perfect conformance in every environment. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility as the website develops.

4. Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier

If you cannot access information or complete an action, please use the DTL contact page. Include:

  • the page or feature concerned;
  • a short description of the difficulty;
  • the browser, device or assistive technology used, if you are comfortable sharing it; and
  • the format or assistance that would help.

Do not include confidential organisational, payroll or employee records. We will review accessibility feedback and respond through an appropriate channel.
